Job Summary

The position of Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing a team and managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in the management of a selected portfolio of Workers Compensation claims
  • Deliver superior people management and claims handling services
  • Work closely with clients and their claims teams to produce efficient results
  • Contribute to the development of relationship management through regular and constructive communications with clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and legal providers
  • Provide end-to-end claims management services
  • Prepare and submit claims reports as required
  • Foster professional development by attending relevant training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and regulations
  • Effectively manage the team to achieve productive results
