**Role Overview**:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food Services Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality catering support services.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the clinical and care teams in delivering nutritious meals and refreshments to residents while ensuring the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Setting up each servery and dining area ready for each meal period in line with our standards.
  • Assisting with meal preparation when required.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of areas where food is prepared and served.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in providing catering assistance or hospitality in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and accurately and to communicate effectively.
