Senior Culinary Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Operations Director to lead our end-to-end dining and hospitality operations across lounges, inflight cabins, and key service touchpoints.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a culinary professional to drive innovation and excellence in customer experience through strategic product and experience design. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive culinary vision that meets quality and cost expectations while balancing creativity with commercial outcomes using data and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the culinary vision and lead menu innovation to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage a cross-functional team and collaborate with key partners to drive value through strategic product and experience design.
  • Oversee menu development to ensure product selections meet quality and cost expectations while balancing creativity with commercial outcomes using data and customer insights.
Requirements
  • 12+ years' experience in food and beverage strategy, hospitality, airline catering, luxury service, or related industries with at least 5 years in an airline environment.
  • Proven expertise in strategic product and experience design with a focus on premium culinary and F&B offerings.
  • Proven experience in delivering step-change in customer experience and leading change in complex environments at scale.
  • Passion for customer-led innovation and elevating service experiences through insight and trend forecasting.
