About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to partner with senior leaders in driving our talent attraction strategy. This role involves providing strategic recruitment advice, managing external talent attraction strategies and driving internal mobility for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract-level roles, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Advise and influence leaders on the most effective solutions for their recruitment needs, while providing strategic guidance on recruitment best practice and market trends.
  • Contribute to recruitment optimisation projects and help drive diverse hiring needs aligned to our action plans.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Business Partner, having worked within a TA function, RPO, executive search or recruitment agency environment. They will possess strong stakeholder management skills, ability to engage with senior leaders and build valuable relationships across diverse teams.

Demonstrating deep knowledge across sourcing and talent pooling strategies for both specialist and leadership roles, the successful candidate will demonstrate agility to adapt to evolving recruitment needs and drive initiatives across different business units.

You will be a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of delivering results. You will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and hiring managers.
