About the Role

This is a dynamic position within a team that plays a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects. As a Project Support Officer, you will contribute to the success of our projects by providing high-quality support services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, financial and budgeting support, executive coordination, communication and documentation, as well as compliance and analytical thinking.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project documentation, reporting, and committee submissions as directed by senior leadership.
  • Manage executive-level coordination, including inbox triage, task tracking, and objective system administration.
  • Support project teams with issue escalation, compliance interpretation, and functional assistance across various areas.
