Electronics Technician Position
\We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Electronics Technician to join our team. As an integral part of our maintenance services, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment.

\The Role:

- Install and maintain electronic systems, including POS terminals, pinpads, PCs, peripherals, scanner scales, and networking equipment.\
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.\
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.\
- Based at our Seven Hills depot in NSW, you will support clients across metro Sydney and surrounding areas.\
- Monday - Friday roster, 8-hour shifts & the option to work a 4 on 4 off rotational roster, 10-hour shifts.\
- Key Responsibilities:\

- Install, replace, and maintain electronic systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.\
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.\
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and exceeding their expectations.\
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously improving skills and knowledge.\
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical expertise and leadership abilities.\
- Contribute to the development of process improvements and operational efficiency.\
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.\
- Other duties as assigned by management.\
- Requirements:\

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Basic electronics knowledge.\
- Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.\
- Able to provide a satisfactory Police Check.\
- Preferred experience in fault diagnosis and PC hardware.\
- NMI Certification (6.2 Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments).\
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.\
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\
- Capacity to travel regularly to client sites.\
