Commercial Research Specialist

About the role:
\The Research and Consultancy team is seeking an analyst with strong quantitative skills to deliver on a wide-ranging research agenda.
\This role will focus on Brisbane office, retail and industrial markets and also involve analysing economic and property investment trends nationally.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for regular collection of property market data from internal and external sources and preparing timely reports on the Brisbane office and industrial markets.
\Key responsibilities include delivering presentations to clients on current market conditions and outlook, contributing new ideas to enhance the impact of research and using analytical skills to assist with existing consulting projects.
\A degree in Economics, Property, Data Science or Valuation is preferred along with advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
\Strong written and oral communication skills are essential as well as attention to detail and a flexible approach to meeting tight deadlines.
\Other requirements include knowledge of property research information sources, data analysis software and professional collaborative and confident attitude.
