Job Title

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a part-time Lifestyle Support Worker to join our care facility. Our staff is passionate and dedicated to improving the lives of our residents.

As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will promote emotional and physical rehabilitation through engaging residents in recreational activities that promote holistic wellbeing. You will create, facilitate, and evaluate individual and group lifestyle programs to ensure our residents have the best day possible.

You will work in consultation with the wider care team to provide relevant and timely information for the care planning process. You will be supported and guided by a designated member of staff.

  • Completed or currently enrolled in Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (Diversional Therapy), or similar
  • Previous experience in a lifestyle role in an aged care environment
  • Highly motivated and engaging personality with a desire to teach and make a difference within the home
  • Demonstrated time management and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience delivering recreational activities and ability to work within a team environment
