Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Holistic Wellbeing Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lifestyle programs that promote emotional and physical rehabilitation among our residents.

Your primary objective will be to design and deliver engaging recreational activities that foster holistic wellbeing, ensuring each resident has the best possible day.

To achieve this, you will work closely with our care team to gather information necessary for the care planning process.

You will also support residents in making informed decisions about their lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

Requirements

For this position, we require a candidate who holds or is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (Diversional Therapy) or an equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in a similar role within an aged care environment is highly desirable.

A motivated and engaging personality with a passion for teaching and making a positive impact within our community is essential.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to build strong relationships are also crucial for success in this role.

Experience in delivering recreational activities and working collaboratively within a team environment is necessary.
