Job Title: Permanent Part Time Merchandiser

About Tip Top, Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.

As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in stocking supermarket shelves with our brands, building strong relationships across grocery stores, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining fresh products by rotating, reorganising, and refilling shelves.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring product displays look fantastic instore
  • Developing trusting relationships across grocery stores
  • Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to business growth
  • Maintaining fresh products by rotating, reorganising, and refilling shelves

We're looking for someone with:

  • A high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving set goals
  • A reliable, registered and regularly serviced vehicle
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in FMCG Merchandising or Sales will be well regarded but not essential
