Leading Care Professional Sought

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate care professional to join our leadership team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our residents.

  • Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident-focused process.
  • Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person-centred outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication.
  • Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services.
  • Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a care manager.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation, and AN-ACC processes is highly regarded.
