We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our cellar team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to the cellar team to ensure seamless wine handling processes from arrival to delivery.
  • Raise, process and finalise cellar notes using electronic wine management systems as required.
  • Allocate tasks to team members to guarantee efficient work completion.
  • Perform various cellar operations including unloading tankers, additions, filtration and other processes as needed.
  • Develop and manage the rostering of cellar team members to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure wine onsite is handled in accordance with established processes and customer expectations.
  • Liaise with other departments to guarantee all wine meets bottling specifications and schedules.
  • Liaise with customers as required for smooth communication.
  • Manage consumable requirements of the cellar to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements:

  • You have an excellent work ethic, are proactive, and driven by a passion to deliver quality outcomes to customers.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team but are also comfortable working autonomously when required.
