The Clinical Manager plays a key leadership role in our facility located on the Northern Beaches.
This includes delivering high-quality care to the community and overseeing collaborative care planning in partnership with residents and their representatives.
The Clinical Manager is accountable for supervising nursing and care teams, managing the clinical governance framework, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Drive a positive internal culture amongst nursing and care staff
- Embed quality care and clinical governance systems and processes
- Support the Facility Manager to ensure labour cost-management initiatives are fully adopted within the facility
- Develop care plans aligned to quality lifestyle goals and compliance with aged care standards
- Engage with key stakeholders including resident families, suppliers and clinicians
About You:
We seek an experienced leader with a track record in developing and leading clinical services.
- Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse with no current conditions placed upon registration
- Minimum 5 years' postgraduate clinical experience in healthcare or a relevant environment
- Prior experience in motivating teams, managing performance and delivering accountabilities
- Sound financial acumen for managing budgets
- Experience managing compliance with regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills
