We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Healthcare Specialist to provide high-quality nursing care services to clients.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Nurse Manager, delivering community-based healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized community nursing care services.
- Administer medications and document patient progress.
- Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
- Assist with patient comfort and well-being.
- Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters.
- Provide wound care and support patients in their recovery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Establish a supportive environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual care to patients and their families.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in community healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive approach to change and continuous learning.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Please note that registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse is essential for this role. Additionally, DCSI Clearance, National Police Clearance, and Medication Administration Certificate are also required.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
