About the Role

The Australian College of Nursing is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Manager Quality Outcomes and Innovation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation's quality outcomes and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of quality outcomes and innovation strategies
  • Ensure that all Australian College of Nursing programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality and innovation gaps
  • Develop and implement processes to measure and evaluate quality outcomes and innovation initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff on quality and innovation matters

Requirements

  • Division One AHPRA registered nursing professional
  • Postgraduate qualifications in health management or a related field
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role in a residential aged care home
  • Knowledge of current and proposed Aged Care Standards, National Disability Standards, and accreditation processes
  • Experience in developing systems and processes to measure quality against standards
  • Ability to lead accreditation audits and respond to unannounced visits by the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission
