Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Technology Delivery to join our team. This role is a key member of the Enterprise Technology portfolio and is responsible for the overall delivery of learning space, enabling technology, and core infrastructure initiatives.


The Manager will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and overseeing delivery streams across Digital Technology, managing issues, responding to delivery changes, challenges, and escalations. They will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners.


This role balances delivery demand and dependencies across operational teams and collaborates with other Digital Technology managers when BAU teams are involved in delivery activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualification or extensive relevant experience within an information technology area, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience in maintaining a coherent team culture focused on achieving organisational goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement in developing policies, strategies, and innovative business solutions across the delivery management lifecycle.
  • Advanced ability to cultivate and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, including the ability to establish positive working relationships with management, inspire employees, and influence internal clients and external organisations.
  • Proven success in contributing to or leading projects in diverse and rapidly changing complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology / infrastructure teams and adopting modern approaches to enable the delivery of quality outcomes.
