Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The Customer Experience Representative will be the face of our store, interacting with customers on a daily basis. They will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and active listening
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Contribute to a safe and positive store environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have basic mathematical skills and be able to operate a point-of-sale system.
