Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a local leader in the liquor industry, we pride ourselves on connecting people with local products and celebrating the growers, brewers, and distillers who make it happen.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. You will need to know your products inside out, enjoy engaging with customers, and be a go-to person for customer queries.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of various types of beer, wine, and spirits
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg

Please note that an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
