">About The Role">

The Account Development Associate is a desk-based entry sales role where you will work closely with Relationship Managers to upsell and retain current customers. You'll be responsible for generating upsell leads for premium solutions, assessing customer needs, and scheduling appointments to drive customer engagement and account growth.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and proactively promote products to existing customers.">
  • Assess customer usage and engagement to support account retention efforts.">
  • Initiate contact with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.">
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems.">
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales/KPI targets, contributing to team revenue goals.">
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance customer insights and product development.">

Required Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience in customer service or sales, proven track record of meeting quotas, and CRM experience. Desired Qualifications: A strong understanding of business solutions and technology.
