About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home & Investment Lending Associate to join our team in Sunnybank, QLD. As a key member of our Branch Network Division, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to identify and provide customers with suitable products and solutions to meet their financial needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be a proactive and adaptable individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to identify and provide customers with suitable products and solutions
  • Ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
