Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Records Administration Officer to play a vital role in managing patient information and ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve, collate, and file medical records accurately using a terminal digit filing system.
  • Enter patient data into our computerised information systems.
  • Liaise with clinical staff to ensure timely access to essential medical information.
  • Manage workloads effectively to meet daily deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under general direction.
  • Proficiency in using computerised patient management systems and the Microsoft suite.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and quality assurance practices.
