Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced event professional to join our dynamic events team.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning multi-faceted corporate events, conducting site inspections, and ensuring event details are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

This is a full-time position that requires strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and industry knowledge.

  • Coordinate and plan multi-faceted corporate events
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Administrative tasks to ensure event details are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with venues and clients to present the venue as an iconic event space

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Venue Manager to maximise client satisfaction, achieve operational excellence, and drive revenue through upsell and value-add propositions.

The Event Coordinator will be highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional results. This role presents an exciting opportunity for skilled event coordinators looking for a new challenge.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective event strategies to meet client needs
  2. Maintaining open communication channels with clients, venues, and internal stakeholders
  3. Coordinating logistics and operations to ensure seamless event execution
