About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Event Organiser to join our team. As an Event Organiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing smoothie bike events in and around Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Pack and unpack vans before and after events at our storage facility.
  • Drive to and from event locations in a safely loaded van.
  • Coordinate smoothie-bike packages with customers at our storage facility and other locations.
  • Provide smoothie bike demonstrations and deliver impeccable customer service.
  • Train and guide event helpers who assist at staffed event bookings.
  • Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of all smoothie bikes and event equipment.
  • Manage and receive stock/ingredients for smoothies.
  • Prioritize and manage several tasks at once while working independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year's customer service/events experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A full driver's license with at least three years' city driving experience and experience driving a van preferred.
  • Able to lift 20kg.
