About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portfolio Planning Specialist. As a key member of our business planning team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our portfolio data and competitive product plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Planning (BP) process with portfolio data as required, including competitive product plans and supporting the GM BP review process.
  • Develop and maintain vehicle content documents, including S&O/PPC and model line-up summaries.
  • Generate reports from the FCAI volume reporting system (CUBE).
  • Research and maintain competitive (benchmark) product information.
  • Support the development of accessory portfolios, including working with Premoso to ensure accessories meet local requirements.
  • Complete detailed reviews of vehicle specification documents, including PDS, brochures, merchandising material, Corporate Affairs material, sales training material, and Dealer Bulletins.
  • Manage and maintain key business records, including meeting minutes and presentations.
  • Order pre-production vehicles and manage vehicle ownership.
  • Support cost reduction and efficiency initiatives for conversion business with Premoso.
  • Raise and manage Change Request (CR) documents for vehicle content changes.
  • Assist with the development of recovery action plans to address any threats to a particular program.
  • Assist in the preparation of program status reports (1 pagers) for issue to the GMSV SLT as required.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Marketing and Aftersales departments throughout the product planning process.
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a desire to learn and grow with our team. You are currently completing a relevant undergraduate degree (Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or Business-related degree) with a minimum of two semesters remaining (post-internship in 2026). If you have a strong interest in cars and the motor industry, an interest in worldwide vehicle and social trends, and/or an interest in customer product needs and customer motivations and perceptions, this role may be for you.
