Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team in maintaining accurate financial records and controls.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate finance records and controls, ensuring accuracy and quality data integrity.
- Ensure timely payments and adherence to policy and procedures for accounts payable.
- Prepare working papers and generate timely and accurate invoices for funding and fee-for-service revenues.
- Assist in preparation of financial performance reporting through processing financial tasks, such as payroll costing journals, fixed asset register maintenance, and monthly tax payments.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations, including bank accounts, corporate cards, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and software.
