If so, this role may suit as it will provide you with -

  • High-impact leadership: As the 2IC to the CFO, you will oversee financial control, compliance, and business partnering.
  • Strategic growth focus: Support growth & integration of M&A activities.
  • Transformation & integration: Support a transition from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and rationalisation of legal entities.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Partner with operations to deliver insightful financial analysis, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Strong technical foundation: Ensure ASX compliance, audit management, taxation requirements, and financial reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities will see you -
  • Lead financial reporting & technical compliance, ensuring timely, high-quality insights in line with parent requirements.
  • Oversee statutory and consolidated reporting, manage audit processes, and drive tax compliance & integration with parent company frameworks.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams across financial reporting, transactional services, and performance analytics.
  • Provide financial leadership for ERP transition and transformation projects, embedding robust reporting and control frameworks.
  • Drive automation, risk management, and process optimisation to enhance financial governance and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, supporting commercial decision-making and enabling strategic focus for the CFO.
About You
  • CA qualified with prior chartered experience (preferred) and a strong ASX-listed reporting background.
  • 10 years of experience in financial control, technical accounting (AASB), and business partnering in complex environments.
  • Proven leadership skills in team development, coaching, and mentoring high-performing accounting teams.
  • Commercially astute, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and decision-support capabilities.
  • ERP implementation exposure and a passion for continuous improvement, automation, and best-practice finance.
