Treasury Wine Estates is seeking a highly skilled Pay and Timekeeping Experience Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact and support for our frontline People Leaders, this role will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on timekeeping and payroll-related issues.

This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of time and attendance systems, as well as experience with payroll and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support on timekeeping and payroll-related issues to frontline People Leaders
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including Operational Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Payroll and HR Assist Services Teams
  • Work closely with the Systems and HRIS team to embed new processes and ways of working
  • Manage the employee experience through liaison with HRBP's, HR Assist, and Payroll teams
  • Provide reporting insights on timekeeping and local pay-related processes to inform targeted action plans

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong background in time and attendance systems, as well as experience with payroll and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions or similar time and attendance systems
  • Strong understanding of payroll and HR systems, including case management and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders' needs and organize workflow
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
