Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Optical Dispenser or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service focus and effective team leadership skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to coach others
  • Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is beneficial (or willingness to complete within 18 months with company support)

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage stock, supplier relations, and administration effectively.
