Optical Dispenser Leadership Opportunity

This is a leadership role within our optical team, where you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and coaching our Eye Care staff.

We are seeking a qualified Optical Dispenser with strong customer service focus and team leadership skills to excel in this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on optical dispensing and product selection
  • Drive day-to-day operations and support team development
  • Ensure flawless service from prescription to fitting
  • Manage stock, supplier relations, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Qualified Optical Dispenser or equivalent experience
  • Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is a plus (or willingness to complete within 18 months)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
