Oscar Wylee is seeking optical professionals to join our joint venture partnership program, supporting owner-operated businesses to build successful careers.

As the retail partner, you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of your store with your team. You will be innovative and focused on maximizing efficiency, productivity, and performance while providing a positive experience to all customers and working collaboratively with your team.

You will contribute to the business by supporting our strategy and adhering to industry regulations and compliance while promoting us as the leading destination for optical care.

You will earn a salary and receive a share of the profits. We provide a professional support network and nurture your leadership skills.

  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • The ability to influence, mentor, support, and motivate team members
  • The ability to create a professional and friendly experience resulting in customer loyalty
  • Innovative and collaborative in your approach
  • Passionate to lead with an entrepreneurial mindset
