Finance Business Analyst Position">

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to various departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial and strategic analysis background, with experience in management accounting and business partnering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Timely and accurate completion of allocated finance functions for month end, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Developing relationships with business stakeholders to provide analysis and support.
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and invoice coding.
  • Critically assessing own workflow and driving efficiencies / process improvements.
  • Supporting on business initiatives through building and maintaining financial models.

The role offers extensive business knowledge, systems expertise and the opportunity to establish a compelling reputation with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in management accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skill and financial modelling experience.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
