Development Coordinator Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support our key account and business development teams.

This role is pivotal in managing tender submissions, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring smooth coordination across client-facing activities.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of key account and business development tenders.
  • Manage login credentials and access for various tender portals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and ensure timely submissions.
  • Support the production of accurate and competitive quotes for new opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Key Account Managers and Business Development Leads to drive growth and maintain operational excellence. Required skills include:

  • Proven experience in office administration, tender coordination, or a junior business development/sales role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident in engaging with clients and customers at all levels.

The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, resilient, adaptable, and ready to take initiative. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
