Senior Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Engagement team.

  • This part-time role is perfect for a creative designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and can produce high-quality visual materials that support our fundraising, donor communications, campaigns, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce digital and print materials, including campaign assets, brochures, social media graphics, event branding, and donor communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency by applying and evolving our brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Specialist and other team members to develop creative concepts, ensuring designs meet campaign goals and objectives.
  • Support key fundraising events, ensuring designs align with our brand and message.
  • Improve design efficiency by managing your workflow and multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal revisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years in graphic design, preferably in-house or within a marketing or branding team.
  • Design skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
  • Attention to detail: Exceptional skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Creative and practical: You balance creative flair with a pragmatic approach to meeting deadlines and producing work that aligns with our goals.
  • (Desirable): Basic motion design or video editing experience. Familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
