Visual Communication Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished Visual Communication Specialist to spearhead our creative team. As a key member, you'll collaborate closely with designers and strategists to bring innovative ideas to life.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Create compelling graphics for paid social platforms, focusing on direct response performance
- Translate briefs into engaging visual executions that align with platform best practices and brand tone
- Contribute to brainstorming, storyboarding, and ideation sessions across client campaigns
- Maintain consistency across design outputs while pushing for visual innovation
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends and evolve your design approach based on performance data and feedback
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- A minimum of two years of experience in digital or advertising design, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and performance-driven creative
- Familiarity with Meta ad formats, visual best practices, and what makes an ad convert
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of Figma
- Experience designing assets for both static and video-based campaigns
- Ability to work quickly and collaboratively within a fast-paced creative team
- Attention to detail that borders on obsessive
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively
