Job Title: IT Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first and second-level technical support to hundreds of end-users, troubleshooting a broad range of technology issues, and working closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1-2 IT support to end-users, escalating issues as needed
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to systems, applications, software, hardware, and networking
- Work with various technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365, Mac OS, iOS & Android, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and more
- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a strong customer focus
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support position
- Proficiency with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or ConnectWise
- A strong desire to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
