Principal Building Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Principal Building Quality Specialist to provide technical leadership and expertise in building design, quality assurance, and project delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture, construction management, or a related field, with experience in managing and coordinating review processes for non-residential Government buildings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical advice and guidance on building design and documentation
  • Coordinating reviews and evaluations of State Government's non-residential building projects
  • Developing and implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as architecture, construction management, or engineering
  • Proven experience in building design, construction management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
