We are seeking a skilled Residential Builder to join our team. As a longstanding builder, you will be responsible for delivering single and double storey designs with a supportive manager and welcoming team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality residential buildings, meeting client expectations and company standards.
Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Provide outstanding customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Administration experience in a residential building environment.
Solid understanding of the construction process, including reading and articulating contractual documents, plans, and specifications.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Benefits:
Competitive salary package up to $80k + super pro rata.
Part-time hours available (3 or 4 full days per week).
