Business Services Manager

The role involves creating strong professional relationships with clients through trust and attentive service. Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior and senior accountants is also key.
Key responsibilities include providing proactive accounting, taxation, compliance, and commercial solutions for business and high-net wealth clientele. Researching and preparing practical written advice on structuring, taxation, lending, and transaction support assignments is essential.
Advising clients on business process improvement, including benchmarking, financial modelling, mapping out business value drivers, and assisting clients to set and achieve business goals.
The successful candidate will have post-graduate qualifications as a Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant. Previous experience in a similar role is necessary, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter who enjoys working on various assignments and has a keen interest in nurturing and building a high-performing team is ideal. Contributing to a highly effective team environment is crucial.
