Talent Development Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Talent Development Coordinator who excels in fostering professional growth, delivering exceptional programs, and collaborating with teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Talent Development to boost engagement and registrations for our talent development initiative.
- Work closely with the Head of Talent Development to review, develop, and overhaul programs, as well as confirm resources for facilitators, speakers, and participants.
- Promote and sell courses to clients, members, and non-members with enthusiasm, driving engagement and achieving goals.
- Maintain course details, enrollments, and leads using training management software, including database management and basic financial tracking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a training, event or project management role.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Natural customer service focus, comfortable with responding to questions and providing advice both on the phone and via email.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
