Key Role Overview

The Night Manager position is a pivotal role within the hotel operations team. It oversees all activities during the night, ensuring seamless coordination between front of house, food and beverage, housekeeping, and engineering services.

  • Maintain current knowledge of security and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and well-being.
  • Manage daily financial transactions and revenue postings for hotel outlets.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, responding to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.

This leadership role demands a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Ability to work independently and lead by example, demonstrating an energetic and proactive approach to providing exceptional service.
  • A meticulous and methodical approach to task processing, combined with effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) preferably Opera.
  • Capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves working 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, five nights per week, with weekends and holiday periods on a rotating roster.
