Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our accounts receivable operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers across various sales channels.

  • Manage debt for national Out of Home sales on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with customers via email or phone in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize AR expertise to resolve payment discrepancies and reconcile issues.
  • Identify disputes with customers and escalate them to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable with a proven track record of managing large volumes of overdue customers.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP software and intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
