The Brighton Hotel is seeking a Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader ready to take ownership in a full-service venue as part of a well-established and expanding group.

A much-loved fixture in the Moreton Bay community, The Brighton Hotel blends a welcoming atmosphere, contemporary décor, a bustling restaurant, and a dedicated sports bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, including staffing, inventory, and financial management
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement

Requirements
