Job Opportunity: Director of Venues and Precincts

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with government agencies, games partners, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the venues, villages, and transport infrastructure for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with central agencies and delivery agencies to plan and deliver the Brisbane 2032 Masterplan.
  • To engage with external organisations and private sector advisors on matters relating to the Olympic Masterplan, capital planning, infrastructure development, project delivery, venue operation, and performance.
  • To assist in coordinating and managing stakeholder relationships across various projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Olympic Games operations and logistics.
