Corporate Tax Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our corporate tax team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, restructures, financing, and ensuring compliance with tax legislation.
The role involves working across multiple projects and clients, both independently and as part of our team. You will collaborate with our global network and be mentored by experts in the field to gain valuable skills and experience.
Your Key Responsibilities- Help clients navigate complex tax legislation by providing advice on corporate tax matters.
- Work within the team to deliver taxation services for allocated corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance, preparation and review of income tax returns, and tax accounting calculations.
- Assist in delivering comprehensive corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including audits, ruling application processes, and risk reviews.
This role is based in Sydney and offers flexible working options with reduced hours. We encourage you to discuss potential arrangements with us.
