Administration Coordinator Role

This varied position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating events and meetings, and providing backup to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming calls, emails, orders, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Team & Event Coordination: Organise team food days, assist with board meetings, strategy sessions, and off-site event planning.
  • Office Support: Maintain supplies, keep shared spaces tidy, and coordinate catering as needed.
  • Sales Support Backup: Provide assistance to the sales team, answering incoming calls & managing admin tasks & sales inbox.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative or reception experience is ideal.
  • Organised, proactive, and great at juggling priorities.
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Good with basic IT, Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
