We are seeking a seasoned senior professional to lead our client relationships and drive team performance. As a key member of our Sydney-based team, you will be responsible for managing direct reports, ensuring their progression through the agency, and fostering a culture of growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage direct reports to ensure progression through the agency;
  • Leading external agencies (digital and creative) in delivering integrated projects;
  • Manage the business - deliver the service proposition to clients and full end-to-end management of the business on individual clients;
  • Relationship Management - owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client;
  • Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities - flags specific client cross-sell and up-sell opportunities;

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent client service skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and a proven track record of coaching and training managers and directors.

  • Expert level of understanding of the media industry;
  • Comprehensive understanding of our client's industry and business;
  • Excellent people-focused skills with a nurturing and warm style;
  • Previous experience working with TV, OOH, and digital planning tools;
  • Confidence and competence delivering on large, fast-moving, high-volume accounts;
