Scientific Communications Specialist Role

As a Scientific Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and approving scientific content across various marketing materials. This involves developing compelling scientific content to support marketing campaigns, while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

This position requires strong science or animal science background, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive projects with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve scientific content for Retail, Pet Professional, and Brand & Pet Owner Marketing materials.
  • Develop scientific content to support marketing campaigns and build brand credibility.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure alignment with internal and external standards.
  • Provide guidance on scientific communications best practices to internal teams.
  • Support educational events and content creation for external stakeholders including retailers and universities.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Nursing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within veterinary or related field.
  • Experience in scientific communication, content development, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with veterinary marketing or pet nutrition is advantageous.
