Job Title:

Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Expert to lead the implementation of cloud procurement projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Source to Pay solutions, including configuration, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to execute implementation plans and drive business outcomes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, develop workplans, and finalize deliverables. They will also support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs and attending client orals.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring quality project delivery of engagements led by the individual and those executed by direct reportees. The Procurement Expert will also be responsible for S2P production support and enhancement activities, liaising with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend best practices across S2P processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Procurement-related processes, including Source-to-Pay (both upstream and downstream), Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end implementation of cloud procurement projects
  • Coordinating with onsite engagement teams and client teams
  • Sales and marketing support activities
  • S2P production support and enhancement activities
  • Quality project delivery of engagements

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years consulting experience in Source to Pay and/or Procure to Pay solutions
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Cloud Procurement suites
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and implementing Source to Pay and/or Procure to Pay solutions
  • Proven ability to facilitate knowledge transfer and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits
  • Strong customer-facing skills, ability to influence and motivate internal/external teams and vendor partners
  • Exceptional client management skills
