Squadron Energy is a leading renewable energy company that develops, operates and owns renewable energy assets in Australia.
The role of the EPC Pre-Contract Manager involves developing procurement strategies to ensure robust, transparent, and efficient procurement processes for Squadron Energy's wind, solar and storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve financial close for projects.
- Manage consultants and advisers to ensure robust risk allocation objectives and tolerance.
- Deliver pre-contract services across Squadron Energy by managing contracts and negotiations with external parties.
- Provide commercial and procurement expertise, advice, and assistance across all business units.
Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience working in Procurement or Project/Commercial Management in construction or energy / renewables sectors.
They will also require a strong understanding of EPC contracts, engineering specifications, and project management concepts.
A tertiary qualification in Law, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field is required.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
