As the Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and optimal experience across our portfolio of assets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to meeting Strategic Asset Plan objectives
  • Create Work Orders and Purchase Orders for contracts and adhoc works
  • Manage turnover capex and track cost recovery analysis
  • Ensure asset maintenance, repairs, and service requests are actioned and resolved in line with service level agreements
  • Accurately review contractor invoices and reconcile with contract Purchase Orders
  • Assist Senior FM in managing contractors and their ongoing performance
  • Respond to Contractor calls and assist with vendor setup, onboarding, and induction process
  • Create and maintain procedures for Maintenance Managers and Senior Facilities Manager
  • Ensure accuracy of data across all systems to deliver insights and support data-led decision making
  • Maintain accurate and consistent documentation and filing practices
  • Support on-site Maintenance Managers and Senior Facilities Manager with systems training

You will champion the consistent application of Mirvac values, leading by example and promoting a high-performing and collaborative environment.

A proven track record in high-volume customer-facing, operational or administrative roles is highly desirable. You should have demonstrated experience dealing with customer complaints and solving problems with positive results.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer-facing, operational or administrative roles
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with customer complaints and solving problems with positive results
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Customer-centric focus with ability to develop and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional organisational skills with ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Ability to adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with ability to solve issues as they arise
